• We currently accept prepaid orders only.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

• Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared, where applicable.

• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Khanak will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been confirmed or processed by our team.

• Once an order has been confirmed, processed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• If Khanak is unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Policy

• We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• A complete, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for us to review your claim. Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

• Once verified, our team will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
